Loving Life
During the week Kim and Jake enjoy building macaroni sculptures at the Children’s museum or watching the gorillas at Omaha’s amazing zoo. We relish the once in a lifetime experiences that traveling as a family provides like hiking a pine scented mountain trail to a breathtaking waterfall or dressing up as pirates for a late night party with Mickey Mouse at Disney World.
We make regular date nights a priority, on a Friday night you might see us strolling hand in hand in the park, taking in a new movie, a concert, special exhibit at the museum, or just enjoying dinner together. We’re planning to take up golfing as a couple this summer and look forward to learning together.

Kim fills each season with activities and traditions she enjoyed as a child like trips to pick apples in the fall or cut our own Christmas tree at a snowy farm each winter. During the summer our friends and family gather at our home to watch 4th of July fireworks and indulge in one of our famous dessert buffets.
As Halloween approaches, we visit a local pumpkin patch to enjoy a not-too-spooky haunted house and hay-rack ride before picking out giant pumpkins for Thor to carry back to the car. We look forward to bundling up Jacob and our new love and strolling under the million twinkling lights in downtown Omaha at Christmas.
