We live in a beautiful new home in Papillion, Nebraska.  We’re just a few blocks from a state recreation area and down the street from a wonderful elementary school.

When we started dreaming about a second child, Kimberly started designing a beautiful nursery which is now complete and full of all the necessities and a few special gifts from our family.   Jacob loves his big boy camping themed bedroom and we love that he has an awesome place to dream at night.

In the Spring, we enjoy picnics at the nearby lake and roasting weenies over the fire pit in the backyard.  Most days are spent at home just playing in the backyard or taking trips to the zoo for a picnic where we always stop to feed the ducks and watch the gorillas.

Whether we’re hiking and horseback riding in the Colorado mountains or spinning the tea cups at Disney World we enjoy traveling together often!

We cherish family traditions like picking apples in the fall, hosting pumpkin carving parties and hunting for the perfect Christmas tree each December.  The three of us love nothing more than a Saturday night spent curled up the couch with a big bowl of popcorn and a movie.

Kim & I can’t wait to welcome another child into our family and look forward to watching Jake share his childhood with his younger sibling.
